METSYS Tool - 1.5" SMR Nest 1" Offset
Description
The METSYS 1.5" SMR Drift Nest is designed to securely position a 1.5-inch Spherically Mounted Retroreflector (SMR) during laser tracker measurements. Its fixed 1-inch offset provides a known reference between the mounting surface and the centre of the SMR, supporting accurate and repeatable measurement results.
The nest includes a built-in magnet for magnetic attachment and can also be secured using hot glue, providing flexible mounting options for different measurement setups.
Ideal for use in dimensional inspection, tooling alignment, fixture verification, machine installation and large-scale metrology applications.
