Sales Taxes
Applicable GST will be automatically charged on orders delivered within Australia. Customers are responsible for any sales taxes, duties, or other charges applicable to orders shipped outside Australia.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the merchandise is in saleable condition and we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Approved returns will be issued as a credit to your account or refunded to your original payment method, where applicable. Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee applies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to a picking error, we will arrange a replacement upon request. Please contact us for return approval before sending any items back. We will handle any applicable claims.
